A SPIRITUAL PRACTICE

  1. Sit and think of the blue sky overhead. No other thought – only the blue sky. Imagine the blue sky and be absorbed in this thought.
  2. After a few days, think of radiant light filling that sky.
  3. Think that shanti, spiritual peace – not what is called worldly peace – fills the sky and the light in your heart.

A simple practice. But if you also devote half an hour daily to reading the Gita, and to removing all the blemishes that you find in your heart, your inner eyes will be opened and you will be able to see things in a spiritual light.
